摘要
借鉴国内外多种先进技术,建立了一个用于水生态毒理试验的实验系统。该系统由4部分组成:实验辅助子系统、净化子系统、条件控制子系统和生物检测子系统。总体设计原则为系统的完整性、技术先进性和装置灵活性。系统可供常规毒性试验和生态模拟研究两用,可应用于化学品危险性分析,建设项目生态风险评价,水质标准制定,综合废水排放控制,生态模拟研究等领域,也可进行从微生物到鱼类的急、亚急、慢性毒性试验,及微生态系统的模拟试验和生物行为研究。该系统对光、温、水流等物理因素有较高的控制水平,是环境毒物管理上颇为有效的技术手段。
Aquatic Bioassay System (ABS) with some update techniques was made of four subsystems, i.e. experimentally supplementary system, purifying system, conditioned control system and bioassay system. The general principle of design was based on advanced technique, integrity and flexibility of device. ABS could used in both routine toxicity test and ecological simulation study. It could also be widly used in risk assessment on dangerous chemicals, ecological risk assessment of construction project, formulation of water criteria, wastewater discharge control etc. In this system, test species could be chosen freely from microorganisms to fish, and toxicity tests, for acute, chronic or subacute. Several physical element, such as light, temperature and flow could be controlled accurately, and is an effective technical measure for toxicant management.
