摘要 以尾矿渣、电镀污泥、铬渣、铜渣、铅渣、砷钙渣及粉煤灰为试样,研究了浸提剂种类、浸提时间及侵提方式对固体废物试样中有害元素浸出量的影响;在试液制备中,讨论了浸提前后的放置时间,固液分离的方法及所用材料对浸出率的影响。提出目前浸出毒性试验可采用水平或翻转振荡方式,以pH5.0±0.2的HAC-NaAc缓冲液浸提12h为宜。 Effects of kinds of leaching agents, extraction time and leaching modes on the leaching amounts of multi-elements in several solid wastes, such as tailings, electroplating sludge, powder coal ashes and copper, chromium, lead, arsenic-calcium slags have been investigated. The effects of place time before and/or after extraction, separation methods for solid and liquid and filter materials on the leaching ratio were also experimentally studied and discussed. The recommended leaching procedures for testing toxicity of solid wasted leachate were as follows: (1) pH 5.0±0.2 HAc-NaAc buffer solution was used as leaching agent; (2) leaching time was 12h, and (3) horizontal and/or rotary oscillation modes could be adopted.
