摘要
油码头溢油防治设施由潮汐式围油栏、桩位接口装置及浮油回收装置等组成。对围油栏工业试验和浮油回收装置性能试验,结果表明:在浪高1m、潮流1节、风速15m/s环境下进行浮油回收作业,技术可行,效果良好。据1993年6~8月统计,回收浮油57桶,打捞垃圾126桶。
Facilities concerning overflowing oil control in oil harbor consisted of tide-type oil enclosure, boom's both ends juncture equipment and floating-oil recovery equipment. The results of industrial tests and the tests on character of floating-oil recovery equipment showed that performance under 1m waveheight, 1 note tidal current and 15m/s wind velocity conditions, floating-oil recovery techique was feasible with well effect. According to statistics in June to August, 1993, 57 barrels of floating-oil have been recovered and 126 barrels of garbage have also been salvaged.
