简介钢中尤其是低碳钢中残余奥氏体对钢的性能的重要性。叙述淬火低碳钢内条间奥氏体的形成,着重指出条状马氏体形成时存在碳的扩散。Magee对钢中残余奥氏体量表达式不适用于低碳钢,建议应修改为:γ%=exp[β(C1-C0)-α(Ms-Tq)],并提出淬火低碳钢成分设计的一些原则。
The significance of retained austenite on the properties in steels,especially in low-carbon steels is briefly introduced. The formation of the inter-lath austenite in quenched low-carbon steels is described and the existence of the carbon diffusion during the lath martensite formation is emphasized. The Magee's equation expressing the amount of the retained austenite in steels is not suitable for low-carbon steels and the modified equation is suggested as: γ% =exp[β(C1 - C0) -α(Ms- Tq). Some principles of composition design for quenched low-carbon steel are also mentioned.
