摘要
实验研究含有固体微粒添加剂的润滑流体在弹流润滑状态下的摩擦学性能。在新型圆盘试验机上应用间接测试方法,即激光透射法测得了其在弹流润滑状态下的平均中心油膜厚度和摩擦系数。将这些测试数据与线接触微极流体弹流润滑理论的计算结果进行比较,结果表明:含有固体微粒添加剂的润滑流体有增大油膜厚度的作用。
Through experiment, the tribological characteristic of lubricating fluid containing solid -particle additive under elasto-hydrodynamic lubricated conditions is researched. On the new type disc testing machine the average central film thickness and friction coefficient of this fluid under elasto-hydrodynamic lubricated condition are obtained in an indirect test way——laser penetration method. The experimental data are compared with the calcula- ting results of EHL based on the micropolar fluid theory. It is observed that the effect of in- creasing oil film thickness can be obtained by using the lubricating fluid containing solid -particle additive.
