本文提出了理想电路元件的映射理论．阐明了电路元件的一系列新概念和新定义，提出了研究电路问题的“网络观”和“端口观”．根据电路元件的映射理论，着重研究了电路基本变量的映射．

The mapping theory for ideal circuit elements is presented in this paper. A series of new concepts and new definitions are explained. The network-point view and port-point view for studies of circuit problem are also presented. According to the mapping theory of circuit elements, the mapping in fundamental variable is studied emphatically.
