窄带热连轧新技术应用

APPLICATION OF NEW TECHNIQUE TO CONTINUOUS HOT ROLLING FOR NARROW STRIP STEEL

结合窄带钢热轧改造实践，介绍了应用连铸坯热送热装技术、步进加热炉微机控制技术、精轧机闭环计算机控制技术以及红外线监测、光电传感测宽等关键性技术所取得的成果。为国内窄带钢热连轧生产技术的发展提供经验。

Combined with the practice of narrow strip steel hot rolling reform, the ach-levements of key techniques, such as hot delivery and charging of continuous casting billet,micro computer controlling for walking beam furnace, closed Ioop computer controlling in fini-shing mi1l,infrared-examing and photoelectrical transducer width measurement were introduced,which will be a reference to the production development of continuous hot rolling of narrowstrip steel at home.
