This paper aims to improve Green's function method in calculating the unsteady aerodynanmic forces of supersonic wings with ground effect. Applying the Green's function method, an integro-differential-delay equation is obtained. With spatial discretization by the finite-element method, this equation is approximated by a set of differential delay equations.A mapping method is used to deal with the ground effect. The responses of various wings to sharp-edged gust are presented and the numerical results are found in good agreement with LOMAX results.
