摘要
高性能硬磁盘驱动器中的伺服盘面作为磁道的基准件对磁记录系统的性能起着至关重要的作用.它的任何松动、错位都会影响系统的性能.本文分脱机伺服刻写和联机伺服刻写不同情况对这些影响作了理论分析,从而为设计和制造时的误差控制提供了依据;同时也探讨了伺服盘片再安装的原理和途径.
The servo disk used as a track-aligner in the hard disk drive with high performance plays a critical roll in a magnetic recording system. When the servo disk gets looseand eccentric, the system's performance will get worse. This paper analyses that effect mentioned above theoretically. There are two ways to write the servo disk, writing the singledisk independently or in complete disk pack assemble. Some criteria of error control for theservo disk in design and manufacturing are given in this paper. A discussion of some principles and ways in remounting the servo disk is also incluede in this paper.
