摘要
应用自行研制的SJD-52型交流电位法裂纹测深仪,对50kg/m级钢轨铝热焊接头在变载荷疲劳条件下的表面裂纹扩展深度进行了跟踪测量.疲劳载荷是经现场测定后作计算机模拟的.由记录曲线以及对测定数据作简单的单试样法线性近似处理的结果表明,试验是成功的.本文的测试方法也可用于实际构件疲劳试验.
The tracing measurement of surface crack growth on a 50kg/m grade rail withalutninothermical welding joints under variable fatigue loading has been carried out by an ACpotential crack depth detector SJD-52 made in the authors' laboratory. The loading spectrum measured on the site was simulated by the computer of the test machine. Fromrecording curves and experimental data treated by linear approximation of single specimen, itwas shown that the test was successful and the measuring method can be used as referencefor fatigue tests of the real components.
