摘要
本文报道了一种采用尾纤一体化结构的非共焦FP腔.通过输入光纤模式与腔体模式的精细匹配,达到横模选择的功能.并成功地研制出了非共焦无光阑尾纤一体化FP光滤波器样品,插入损耗小于3dB,残余边峰小于16dB(相对于基模主峰),细度大于100.
This paper reports a nonconfocal spherical-mirror FP resonator with fiber pigtails Transverse mode election is achieved by precisions mode-matching between the input fiber mode and the cavity mode. A Prototype pigtailed nonconfocal spherical-mirror FP resonator without intracavity aperture has been worked out. Its inisertion loss is below 3dB, the residual sidemodes is below 16dB,of the main peak and the finesse is greater than 100.
