摘要
介绍了由分子束外延技术生长的CdTe/ZnTe多量子阱光双稳器件的工作原理以及制作、结构、测试方法及测试结果,在532nmn波长下两个样品都观察到了典型的光双稳态现象.
in this paper, the principle, fabrication, structure,test method and test results of CdTe/ZnTe MoW optical bistable device grown by MBE technology are described. Under the wavelength 532urn, the typical optical bistable phenomena in two samples is observed.
