摘要
为预测工业性试验时铬团块的高温还原速度,对含碳铬团块进行了熔融还原的实验室研究,试验了熔池温度,铬团块的预热对还原速度的影响,并与文献数据进行对比,附带对不同预还原度的巴西氧化铁球团进行了高温下碳还原的试验。
A laboratory lnvestigation on the smelting reduction of carbon bearing Cr-ore briquette in solid states was carried out for the purpose to predicate the reduction rate at high temperature during the pilot tests. The effects of temperature in smelts and pre heating of chromite briquette on the reduction rate were discussed, and the experiment results were compared with those by other researchere. The reduction rate of Brassillie iron pellets with different prereduction degree by carbon at high temperature was also studied.
