电工纯铁的氧氮碳共渗及后期氧化处理

摘要 采用正交试验法研究了电工纯铁氧氮碳共渗处理的工艺因素对耐磨性和抗大气腐蚀性的影响。试验结果表明添加氧化气及进行后期氧化盐浴处理均有利于耐磨性和抗蚀性能的提高。 The effects of processing factors such as time,ammonia/methanol ratio, added oxidizing gas and later stage oxidizing on wear resistance and atomospheric corrosion resistance of electrical pure iron were inyestigated by orthogonal testing method. The results showed that the addition of oxidizing gas as well as later stage oxidizing and salt bath processing were beneficial to increase the wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
