摘要
试验了Cr对高硅铸铁组织与性能的影响,结果表明,添加适量的Cr,可减少石墨析出,且呈细小的共晶状,并在晶界上析出铬碳化物,同时改善了铸铁的抗电化学腐蚀和抗点蚀能力,机械性能也有明显改善。
The infiuence of cr content on the microstructuro and properties of cast iron with high silicon was tested. The rcsults showed that, by adding proper amount of Cr into cast iron with high silicon, the graphite precipitation reduced and became small petal shape,Cr-carbidc precipitatcd in the crystal boundary, the ability of electrochemistry corrosion resistance and pitting corrosion resistancc as well as the mechanical property of the cast iron were obvious improved also.[
