摘要
作者从精神科的角度,对肝豆状核变性的临床特点尤其是伴发的精神障碍进行了分析和讨论,发现情感和行为的障碍最为多见。同时从12例病人中也发现二级以上亲属的患病率较高以及青霉胺的过敏反应较为多见。
The clinical features of the 12 petients with Wilson's disease who were admitted in Shanghai Mental Health Cernter since 1980 to 1993 were analyzed. The most common symptoms were affective and beehaviur disorders. Fifty per cent of the 6 cases who came to see psychiatrist first have been misdiagnosed as schizpohreia, hysteria, and personality disorder respectively. The examination of characteristic K-F cornea ring and the serum copper oxidase were important diagnostic criteria for this disease.
