舒托必利滴剂治疗精神分裂症及躁狂症急性发作

Sultopride drops in the treatment of schizophrenia and acute episode of mania

使用法国德龙药厂Sultopride滴剂治疗17例精神分裂症,8例躁狂症急性发作,显效率为72%;BPRS量表显示滴剂对精神分裂症病人的思维障碍、敌意猜疑,BPRS量表显示对躁狂状态病人的情绪高涨、言语性活动等均有较好的治疗作用;其锥体外系副反应的发生率为64%;剂量不宜超过1000mg/日。

Seventeen schizophrenic patients and 8 cases acute episodes of mania were treated with sultopride drops. The response rate was 72%. Sultopride drops had good efficacy on thought disorder and suspiciousness of schizophrenics, and on elation and excitement of manic patients. The prevalence of EPS was 64%.
