摘要
目的 检验用注意检测仪诊断多动儿童的临床价值。方法 测定一定数量的门诊多动儿童和一个学校三、四年级所有正常儿童;进行统计比较。结果 大部分正常儿童的评分都在10分以下;而多动儿童大都在10分以上。敏感性为87.1%;特异性为84.9%。结论 注意检测方法可以应用于多动儿童的诊断,作为一种参考指标。
Object The clinical value of a method of attention examination in diagnosing of hyperactive children was varified. Methods All the normal school children is 3rd and 4th grade of a primary school and the hyperactive children diagnosed in an outpatient department performed the method of attention examination, and the results were analyzed. Results The scores of most of the normal school children were < 10, and that of most of hyperactive children were> 10. The sensitivity was 87.1%, and the specificity was 84.9%. Conclusion This method of attention examination can be used as a supplementary criteria for the diagnosis of hyperactive children.
