摘要
本文讨论从被物体表面形状调制的图象光载波信号中提取该表面深度全场信息的测量方法。结合成熟的计算机图象处理技术,该方法可构成在精度、量程、自动化程度方面具有很强适应性的无接触测量系统。文中给出了自动测量系统的构成设计,并给出了测量实例。
This paper presents a method for the deepth measurement on the surface of a 3D object by the use of the photocarrier method, Coupling with the matured image proccessing technique by computer, this method crcats an indirect measurement system having good precision and strong adaptability for the range of measurement for various circumstances and the degree of automation. In the paper, it also gives the design of the automatic measurement system and measurement examples.
