摘要
本工作证明,油酸多相脂质体(139)能显著促进MΦ产生TNF,同时对脾脏NK活性也有提高作用。此外,在荷瘤鼠NK活性低于正常鼠的情况下,腹腔注射139可在一定程度上提高荷瘤鼠的NK活性。据此推论,活化MΦ是139主要的抗肿瘤途径。
Oleic acid polyphase liposomes (139), prepared from our laboratory, was poved to be an immunomodulating drug with antitumor activity in our past study. In the present investigation, we have examined its effect on TNF production of mouse peritoneal macrophges and NK activity of mouse splenocytes. The results demostrated that 139 could promptly improve the production of TNF by macrophages. 139 was also effective in augmenting NK activity. This effect was obvious in normal mice.However, the increase of NK actvity was not statistically significant due to individual difference between S180-bearing mice. Byt this judgement, the authors consider that activation of macrophages is probably the main route of anticancer action of 139.
