SLE患者细胞粘附分子CD11a、CD18、CD54表达初探

Expression of Cell Adhension Molecules CD11a,CD18 and CD54 in Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

摘要 利用流式细胞术及免疫荧光双染色法,检测35例系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者外周血细胞粘附分子表型(CD11a、CD18、CD54)及淋巴细胞表型(CD3、CD4、CD8、CD45、RA、CD45RO)。结果表明,SLE活动组CD8+细胞增高,CD4+CD45RA+细胞减少;CD4+细胞表面CD11a、CD18表达降低,后二者在CD8+细胞上表达增高;CD54在CD20+细胞上增高。进一步发现,CD8+细胞的CD18增高与CD4+CD45RA+细胞减少呈负相关(P<005),而与CD20+细胞表面CD54增高呈正相关(P<001)。本文提示,细胞粘附分子可能在SLE发病机理中占有重要意义。 The phenotypes of adhesion molecules(CDlla, CD18 and CD54)as well as the lymphocyte phenotypes (CD3,CD4,CD8,CD20,CD45RA and CD45RO)in the pheripheral blood cells of 35 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)were determined by flow cytometric analysis and dual immunofluorescence.The experimental results indicated that,in active case the numbers of CD8+ cells increased and those of the CD4+CD45RA+ cells decreased.The expression of CDlla/CD18 on CD8+cells elevated but that on the CD4+ cells declined.The elevation of CD18 on CD8 cell inversely correlated with the declination of CD18 on CD4+ CD45RA+ cells,but positively correlated with the elevation of CD54 on CD20+ cells.The present study suggested that cell adhension molecules might be an important factors in the pathogenesis of SLE.
