Biological Features and Phenotypes of Human Anti-CD3 McAb Activated Killer cells(CD3AK) Induced by Anti-CD3 McAb and rIL-2 Costimulation

摘要 抗CD3单抗和rIL-2共刺激法诱生扩增的人CD3AK是异质性细胞群,其细胞表型以CD3+T淋巴细胞和CD56+NK细胞表型为主,具有活化的淋巴母细胞形态学特征,常形成集落,并表达活化淋巴细胞的表面标记,如IL-2受体和MHCⅡ类抗原。 Human CD3AK induced by anti-CD3; McAb and rIL-2 costimulation were heterogeneous cell populations, their main phenotypes were those of T lymphocytes (CD3+ CD4+or CD8+), the next was CD56+ which was mainly expressed on NK-like cells. Morphologically, CD3AK were similar to those of lymphoblasts. Some of them expressed IL-2 receptor and MHC-II antigens characteristic for the activated T lymphocytes.
