金针菇高产栽培技术及菌糠再利用的研究

A RESEARCH OF IMPROVED TECHNIQUSE FOR HIGH YIELD OF FLAMMULINA VELUTIPE AND THE REUSE OF SUBSTRATUM SCRAP

本试验通过对金针菇进行不同浓度、不同使用方法的强力增产素处理、不同配方培养科的筛选及菌糠再利用的研究，结果表明：适宜浓度的强力增产素结合拌料和喷施处理对金针菇的生长和产量有显著的正效应；配方培养料：棉籽壳５０％、米糠２０％、麸皮１５％、玉米粉１０％、豆饼５％，其栽培的金针菇产量高品质好；平菇和香菇的菌糠可以用来栽培金针菇；加草菇菌糠对产量有负影响，但能改善品质。

The test was relevant to the use of plant vitamin on Flammulina velutipe,the different concentration and adopted method, the selection of different culture materials and the reuse of some kinds of substratum scraps. The results showed that appropriate concentration of plant vitamin combined with the treatment of shaking and spraying had significant positive effect on the growth and production of Flammulina velutipe. The ingredients: cotton hull locules 50%, rice bran 20%, wheat bran 15%,corn powder 10%,beau cake 5%,and high production and good quality on the substratum could be obtained. The substratum scrap of Pleurotus ostreatus and Lentinus can be used to culture Flammulina velutipe. Using the substratum scrap of Chinese mushroom led to negative effect on the production of Flammulina velutipe,but it can improve the quality.
