摘要
石蒜科球根花卉朱顶红（Ｈｉｐｐｅａｓｔｒｕｍ），既适合盆栽、地栽观赏，又适合作切花素材，它喜欢温暖、湿润、有充足的散射光照的环境以及肥沃，排水良好的砂性土壤。生长期需充分灌溉并每两周施一次浓液肥，休眠期间（低于５℃）要求干燥。朱顶红的繁殖方式有子球分殖、播、鳞茎分割扦插及组织培养。在一定时间的暖温条件下，朱顶红易被促成开花。多数品种的朱顶红在秋天能第二次开花。
Hippeastrum is a well-known bulbous plant of Amaryllidaceae. It has a natural inclination for a warm, humid environment,and it likes enough scattering sunshine and fertility well drained sandy loam.It's necessary that watering enough and a feeding every two weeks in the growth period. When the dormant stage is coming(below 5℃),keep it in dry. The plants can be propagated by separating bulb mom the mother bulb, seeding, cutting of bulb and culturing in vitro. Hippeastrum is easily forced into flower by raising temperature to about 22￣25℃. Most of them can flower again in autumn.
