摘要
经鉴定,上海蘑菇褐腐病,其病原菌为MycogoneperniciosaMagnus与萨卡杜(P.A.Saccardo)和魏景超等的报道相符。用该菌的孢子悬浮液或菌丝块进行接种试验,证明了此菌的致病性。厚垣孢子在一般人工培养条件下不萌发,只有通入由蘑菇菌丝体代谢所产生的气体特定条件下才能个别萌发。在我市人工栽培条件下已知可危害蘑菇和草菇。
Wet bubble was caused by Mycogone perniciosa Magnus,it was a serious fungal disease in the production of mushroom in Shanghai. We distinguished the pathogen which conformed to the report on P.A. Saccardo and Wei Jingchao. Spore suspensions or a piece of mycelium could inoculate the mushroom in a laboratory or the bed which proved virulence of the pathogen. The chlamydospores did not germinate on different extrating solutions in the laboratory. However,a few germination was observed on PDA connected to the gas produced by the mycelia of mushroom in compost at 24℃. In the cultured condition Agaricus bisporus and Volvariella volvacen could be infected by the pathogen.
