摘要
多效唑对爆裂型玉米（沪爆１号）萌发出苗率影响较大。用浓度增大，萌发出苗率显著下降；５０～１００ｍｇ／Ｌ浸种处理可显著提高幼苗根系长度、根冠比及α－淀粉酶和α＋β淀粉酶活性。对过氧化物酶活性有显著抑制作用。１００～３００ｍｇ／Ｌ青霉素浸种处理对爆裂型玉米前发出苗率、根系生长等有一定的促进作用；并可显著提高α－淀粉酸及α＋β－淀粉酶活性，但对过氧化物酶活性无显著影响．
in this test,soaking seed by PP333 at 50～100ppm significantly lengthened root.increased roottop ratio,promoted α-amylase and α+β-amylase activity and inhibited peroxidase activity. Soaking seed by 100～300ppm penicillin promoted root growth,increased α-amylase and α+β- amylase activity,butnot having significant effect on peroxidase activity.
