摘要
本文对萱草属萱草（Ｈ．ｆｕｌｖａＬ．）、桔红萱草（Ｈ．ａｕｒａｎｔｉａｃａＢａｋｅｒ）、黄花菜（Ｈ．ｃｉｔｒｉｎａＢａｒ．）及二倍体、四倍体萱草园艺品种等二十个材料进行了染色体核型分析，并就核型公式和染色体形态学指标进行了比较，从而对它们的亲缘关系作出判断，为今后萱草的杂交育种工作提供细胞遗传学的依据。
in this paper the karyotype among Hemerocallis fulva L., H.auroatiaca Baker,H.citrina Bar.and some other horticultural cultivars was analysed,.The comprarative studies between karyoformula and the formational target of the chromosome were carried out.Then the judgment among their relationships was made out.These studies provide the cytogenetical foundation for hybriding and breeding work on Hemerocallis.
