摘要
从四个方面探讨了建设监理管理制度：建立一套承接监理工程项目的工作程序；组建一个让业主放心的项目监理班子；建立一套行之有效的内部监理制度；向制度化、标准化、规范化方向发展。
It is made that a probe from practice to theory in four aspects,i.e,to set upawork procedure of undertaking,supervision project;to constitute a project supervision groupthat lets owners rest assured,to enact an effective supervision system;and to make supervi-sion management system systematized,standardized and specified.
