雌三醇阴道栓剂治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效分析

EVALUATION ON THE TREATMENT OF SENILE VAGINITIS WITH ESTRIOL SUPPOSITORY

应用雌三醇阴道栓剂治疗老年性阴道炎５０例，０．５ｍｇ每晚一片塞入阴道，７ｄ为一疗程。结果治愈与显效共４６例（９２％），其中３６例（７２％）症状与体征于停药后３～５ｄ明显改善。在停药后５ｄ内８６．１１％患者的阴道脱落细胞涂片示表层细胞明显增加，Ｐ值＜０．０１，有显著意义。药物具有作用快、疗效佳等优点。

Fifty cases of senile vaginitis were treated by E3 suppoaitory from November of 1992 to June of 1993.estriol(E3) 0.5mg suppository was inserted into the vigina for 7 successive nights for each patent.Thirty-one eases(62%) were cured,15 (30%)cases had remarkable improvement.Another four cases also had some improvement.Only seven cases(14%)had recurrence one month after treatment.The propottion of superficial squamous cells showed by vaginal cytological smear were significantly increased to 86.11% first two weeks after the treatment(P<0.01).From the preliminary study ,it is evident that the vaginal suppository of E3 for the treatment of senile vaginitis is highly effective.
