反复自然流产单向混合淋巴细胞培养

ONE-WAY MIXED LYMPHOCYTE CULTURE IN RECURRENT SPONTANEOUS ABORTION COUPLES

为了探讨原因不明的习惯性流产（ＲＳＡ）的发病机制，作者采用检测器官移植供、受者间ＨＬＡ－Ｄ位点抗原组织相容性程度的方法──单向混合淋巴细胞培养￣［１］（单向ＭＬＣ），分别测定３５例ＲＳＡ夫妇间和２０例正常妊娠夫妇间的ＨＬＡ－Ｄ抗原相容性，并观察了ＲＳＡ和正常孕妇血浆对单向ＭＩＣ的不同影响。结果发现，ＲＳＡ夫妇单向ＭＬＣ与正常妊娠夫妇单向ＭＬＣ相对呈免疫低反应性；ＲＳＡ血浆对ＲＳＡ和正常妊娠夫妇单向ＭＬＣ有刺激作用；正常孕妇血浆对ＲＳＡ和正常妊娠夫妇单向ＭＬＣ有抑制作用。

We used the method of one-way Mixed Lymphocyte Culture(MLC)to ascertainthe histocompatibility of HLA-D antigen of 35 recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)couples and 20 control pregnancy couples. The results of one-way MLC indicatedthat the stimulative index (SI) of one-way MLC in the RSA couples was less thanthat in the control pregnancy couples(P<0.05).The plasma of the RSA women hada stimulative effect on one-way MLC in the RSA couples and the control pregnancycouples.The plasma of the control pregnancy women had a suppressive effect on one-way MLC in the RSA couples and the control pregnancy couples.
