甜椒疫病生防菌导入土壤的动态变化 被引量:4

摘要 甜椒疫病生防菌导入自然土壤后菌量比对照增加数十倍,并在2个月时间内维持这一优势。有机添加剂加入土壤后可使土壤菌量增加约20倍;当生防菌和有机添加剂混合后再施入土壤,菌量增加更显著,在消毒土中试验亦有相似结果。试验结果表明,防疫I号这类生防菌在土壤中有较强的生存能力,并对所选用的有机添加剂有很好的适应性。 As the microorganisms antagonistic to Phytophthora blight of pepper were introduced into natural soil, the population of microorganisms was increased to ten times more than the control and kept a high density at least two months. Use of organic matters stimulated the activities of either indigenous microoganisms or antagonistic microorganisms in soil. When the organic matter is mixed with these antagonistic microorganisms before being added to soil, they have the chance to be the first to use nutrients for multiplication and so become the dominants.
