在绿豆芽萌发早期,每日喷洒植物激素(乙烯利或6-BA)一次,共处理4次,发生了一系列的生理及生化变化。蛋白质含量比不使用植物激素的对照组都有显著增加(乙烯利处理的增加26%,6-BA处理的增加8%)。总蛋白质类型有16种,大多数为低分子量的蛋白质,两种激素处理的实验组结果同对照组一样。绿豆芽下胚轴的游离氨基酸,用乙烯利处理的样品比对照组增加32%,用6-BA处理的比对照只增加18%;游离氨基酸的种类相同,共有18种,其中含人体必须的氨基酸7种。绿豆芽下胚轴的DNA含量,乙烯利处理组比对照组增加61%;6-BA处理组比对照组增加8%。RNA的含量,乙烯利和6-BA处理组分别比对照组增加60%和18%。绿豆芽下胚轴维生素的含量,只有维生素B6和维生素D有显著增加(乙烯利处理的分别增加93%和30%,6-BA处理的分别增加15%和128%);维生素A和维生素B2含量同对照组基本相同;而维生素C和烟酸的含量在用两种激素处理的样品中都比对照组下降(乙烯利处理的分别下降48%和94%,6-BA处理的分别下降38/和94%);烟酰胺的含量都比对照组减少(乙烯利处理的减少46%,6-BA处理的减少56%)。本文并据此结果对其机制进?
in the early germination .stage of mung beaus, spraying the sprouts with Ethrel(0.7mol·L-1) and 6-BA(50μmol·L-1) one time every day (4 times in total),can cause a series of changes in physiological and biochemical aspects.Total protein content is increased by 26% in Ethrel treatment and 8% in 6-BA treatment as compared with the control.The protein kinds detected(16 kinds,most of them are of low molecular weight less than 50kD)are the same in the two hormone treatments and in the control.The total aminoacid content is increased by 32%(Ethrel)or 18%(6-BA).18 kinds of amino acids are detected.7 kinds of them are essential for human body.Total DNA contents in mung beau sprouts increase by 61%(Ethrel)and 8%(6-BA).RNA contents in mung beau sprouts increase by 60%(Ethrel)and 18%(6-BA).The vitamin B6 and D contents increase by 93%(Ethrel)and 15%(6-BA)for vitamin B6,30%(Ethrel)and 128%(6-BA)for vitamin D;Vitamin A and vitamin B,contents in the two hormone treatments are about the same as in the control;but the vitamin C,nicotinic acid,and nicotinamide contents are decreased.The decrease rates are 48%(Ethrel)and 38%(6-BA)for vitamin C,94%(Ethrel)and 94%(6BA) for nicotinic acid,46%(Ethrel)and 56%(6-BA)for nicotinamide.At the end of this paper, the mechanisms of these results are discussed.
