短季棉棉铃的生长发育与纤维中糖的组成

STUDY ON BOLL GROWING AND DEVELOPING REGULARITY OF SHORT-DURATION COTTON VARIETY ZHONGMIAN-16 AND MONOSACCHARIDE COMPONENTS IN ITS FIBER

短季棉中棉-１６自开花后，棉铃的体积、铃壳的干物质积累和种子体积的增长都快于中熟品种泅棉２号，一般需时约２０ｄ；种籽和纤维的干物质积累随生长时间的延长而不断地增加，但仍然表现为短季棉中棉-１６快于中熟品种泗棉２号，在开花后２０ｄ中棉-１６纤维中阿拉伯糖与木糖的含量显著增加，葡萄糖含量下降，这种规律在泗棉２号品种中要延迟２０ｄ，这与纤维的形成有密切的关系。

The period from flower initiation to fiber forming for the short-duration cotton variety Zhongmian-16 lasts about 20 days,its boil and seed increment rate and dry matter accumulation in shell are faster than those of midduration variety Simian No.2.Meanwhile,its dry matter accumulation in seed and fiber is also faster as compared with Simian No.2.After 20 days of flowering the contents of arabinose and xylose in fiber of Zhongmian16 are increased remarkably,but the content of glucose goes down.This phenomenon is delayed about 20 days for the Simian No.2 and is closely concerned in fiber forming.
