摘要
敌草胺的外消旋体可以用成盐结晶法进行拆分。为了提高效率、节约成本,作者用通过成盐结晶法得到的晶种尝试用优先结晶法进行拆分,获得成功。得到两个光学异构体──D(-)敌草肢和L(+)敌草胺,白色结晶,熔点92℃,比旋光度分别为:[α]D—138.5°和[α]D+138.7°。
The racemic Napropamide can be resolved with optical agents.In order to promote efficiency and save cost,the author conducted an experiment in which the resolution of racemic Napropamide by preferential crystallization was successful.Two optical active isomers──D(─)Napropamide(m.p.92℃,[α]D=-138.5°)and L(+)Napropamide(m.p.92℃,[α]D=+138. 7°)were obtained.
