小麦梭条花叶病致病性与新育成仪宁小麦的广高抗和丰产性 被引量:4

摘要 通过生物学和生物化学测定结果表明,小麦梭条花叶病(WSSM)毒源可分为4个类型致病群,品种的抗病性可分为3种类型,抗病品种中存在抗介体、抗病毒和带毒隐症3种类型。本研究系统选育的仪宁小麦是属广高抗和抗介体类型品种,适宜于江苏、河南、安徽一些主要病区种植,并表现较高的丰产性。 The pathogenicity differentiation of WSSM disease agents(virus and vector)was first found in 1986. The results of tests indicated that the differentiation was complex.Resistant levels of wheat varieties tested,times of symptom appearance,kinds of symptom and unstabilities of WSSMV coat protein were different with different pathogenic isolates collected from various sources in China. The WSSM disease agents from these sources could be classified into 4 types. On the basis of resistant appearance of wheat varieties tested,these varieties could be classified into 3 kinds. The first showed the same reaction(HR or HS)to all the WSSM disease agents tested. The second showed different reactions to different WSSM disease agents from these sources,namely,HR to WSSM disease agents from some sources, but HS to those from other sources. The third showed no symptom of virus infection. The Yining wheat is bred by artificial pollination,radiation and selection. This variety is high resistant to all the WSSMV vectors from these sources,it exhibits also resistance to all the WSSMV vectors from these sources and high-yielding capacity. This variety is already extensively used with obvious economic profit.
