摘要
以８种野生葡萄的试管苗为材料，探讨了植物生长调节剂对离体茎段培养的影响。结果表明，野生葡萄在ＢＡ１．００ｍｇ·Ｌ（－１）与ＩＡＡ１．００ｍｇ·Ｌ（－１）的培养基上可达到腋芽增殖与幼茎伸长的双重效果；ＩＡＡ是野生葡萄试管苗生根繁殖的适宜添加剂，其适宜浓度为０．５～１００ｍｇ·Ｌ（－１）。
The effects of some plant growth regulators on the culture of the shoot cuttings from eight wild grape species in test tubes were investigated. The results showed that both effects on axillary bud propagation and shoot elongation were obtained with the combined application of 1.0 mg·L(-1)BA and 1. 0 mg·L(-1)IAA. It was concluded that IAA is a suitable additive for the rooting of the wild grape plantlets in test tubes and the optimum concentrations of IAA are 0.5 to 1.0 mg·L(-1).
