摘要
本论文在自行设计的实验装置上,测定出工件和模具表面之间的摩擦条件,在此基础上,应用刚塑性有限元方法,计算机模拟板料拉深成形过程的金属流动规律及应力-应变分布规律. 由于采用计算机模拟的边界条件是建立在实验的基础上,使得理论分析的结果与实验的结果具有直接的可比性,本论文的研究结果为冲模设计和拉深成形工艺分析提供可靠的理论依据。
On the self-designed experimental device, the friction conditions between parts amd die sutfaces are determined. During the plate deep drawing process, the computer simulates the regular metal flow and stress-strain distribution using rigid plastic finite element solution method.The boundary condition of the computer simulation based on the experiment makes the results of theoretical analysis directly comparable to the results of experiment. This research has provided reliable theoretical basis for die design and deep drawing technology.
