摘要
本文介绍国内首创的TP250/520悬架弹簧疲劳试验机的结构、工作原理、传动系统及其结构特征;同时对该试验机的机构运动作了分析,它属于六杆机构;此外,又对试验机自动停车装置,升降装置、偏心及行程调整装置、传动装置和电气控制作了简要介绍。该试验机在桑塔纳悬架弹簧的疲劳试验中发挥了重要的作用。图6幅。
The structure, working principle, transmission system and structural characteristics of TP250/520 suspention spring fatigue testing machine is introduced, The mechanism movement of this testing machine is analyzes. It is a 6 - lever mechanism. The automatic stoping device , lift device, eccentric and travel adjusting device, transmission system and electric control of this testing machine is briefly introduced.
