摘要
本文介绍SH6606轻型客车后围设计所采用的新结构,在车身整体设计方案中,后围作为独立的总成,由上下两个大的框架组成。由于应用CAD手段,在车身设计中能采用复杂形状的钣金件,有利于降低车身重量,有利于采用点焊,提高了设计和制造水平。
The new stracture applied to rear quarter panel design of SH6606 light bus is introduced. Rear quarter panel is an idependent assembly in body design and consists of upper and lower frames. The parts with complex shape will be used in body design because of CAD and can decrease the weight of the body.
