摘要
本文以XF250型摩托车发动机PZ26型化油器综合流量曲线的调试为实例,总结了一套调试方法,阐述了调试化油器流量曲线的要点,批量抽检表明,在所确定的流量曲线配以合理管理公差基础上进行综合流量管理,可以代替发动机台架试验,作为化油器出厂最终质量检测手段。
Taking PZ26 mode carburetor comprehensive flow curve regulation of XF 250 mode motorcycle engine as an example. the main points of it are stated. On the basis of defined flow curve fitted with reasonable tolerance, it can take the place of engine bench test.
