摘要
本文研究了玻璃材料强度Weibull统计的可靠性问题,建立了样本容量与置信水平和误差率的定量关系,指出玻璃弯曲强度数据与强度分散性指标的可靠性水平。作者进行了样本容量达230的大样本实验研究,实验结果与理论分析一致。本文的结论可以推广到一切符合Weibull分布的应用场合。
This paper build up the quantitative relationship of sample number, relative error and confidence on the basis of researching the reliability question of Weibull statistics for the strength of glass material. It is also expressed that reliability level for the rupture strength and Weibull parameter. The experimental research of large sample number that is up to 230 is made, and the result come near to the theoretic analysis. The method of the paper can be used in the evaluation of strength property reliabilith of brittle materials, and other materials of Weibull distribution.
