大鼠胃溃疡病的复制与自动修复过程观察

Duplication of Gastric Ulcer in Rats and observation of Its Renovation

在成年Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠胃粘膜下注射２０％冰醋酸，复制胃溃疡模型。术后每隔１周处死大鼠１０只，剖胃观察，连续４周。发现胃溃疡复制术后第１周至第２周，溃疡病态最典型，溃疡发生率为１００％。从第３周起，溃疡自动修复过程加快，第３周末溃疡愈合率为６０％，第４周末溃疡愈合率达９０％，粘膜明显修复。本法复制的胃溃疡模型，其自愈速度与人类相近。

astric ulcer was duplicated in 40 Wistar rats by injection of 20% acetic acid under their gastric mucosae. Ten rats' stomaches were opened for observation every week after the injection. The results showed that the duplicated gastric ulcers were V.ery typical and the incidence was as high as 100% within two weeks. The renovation of the ulcers was very fast during the 3 rd week, and by the end ofthe 3 rd week 4 cases of ulcer can be seen in 10 rats. At the 4 th week therewas only 1 case of ulcer in 10 rats, and the gastric mucosae were renovated markedly. The renovating course is similar to that of human gastric ulcers.
