摘要
用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)微量注射和微电泳方法,观察大鼠丘脑束旁核(pf)的传入纤维联系。结果表明,pf接受大脑皮质、丘脑室旁核、丘脑网状核、下丘脑腹内侧核、下丘脑外侧核、未定带、上丘、中央灰质、黑质网状部、蓝斑、LorentedeNo'核、小脑齿状核、小脑间位核、前庭神经核、舌下神经前置核、脑干网状结构、某些感觉中继核和脊髓灰质的某些板层的传入纤维。
The afferent connections of the parafascicnlar nuoleus of the thalamus were studied by means of retrograde axonal transport method of horseradish peroxidase. Experiments utilized microinjective and micicroiontophoretic delivery system through vertical and oblique approaches,The results showed that the nuclear groups that project into the parafascicnlar nucleus are cerebral cortex, paraventricular thalamic nucleus,thalamie reticular nucleus, ventromedial hypothalamic nucleus;lateral hypothalamic nucleus; zona incerta; superior colliculus; periaqueductal gray;the reticular part of substantia nigra, locus coeruleus; Lorente de N6 nucleus;the dentate nucleus and interpositus nucleus of the cerebellum; vestibular nuoleus, nucleus praepositus hypoglossi; reticular formation of the brain stem, some of the sensory nueleus and some laminae of the spinal cord.
