经纤维支气管镜Nd^（3＋）∶YAG激光治疗腔内完全阻塞的支气管结核

BRONCHOSOPIC UTILIZATION OF THE Nd￣(3+):YAG LASER FOR SEVETR OBSTRUCTING LESIONS OF BRONCHI DUE TO TUBERCULOSIS

支气管完全阻塞的支气管结核病，以往处理的方法是手术切除病侧全肺。我们对９例病员行１０例次经纤维支气管镜Ｎｄ（３＋）：ＹＡＧ激光治疗，近期有效率为９０％，显效率为７０％。认为Ｎｄ（３＋）：ＹＡＧ激光治疗可使部分病人免除手术，对治疗后再狭窄者可重复治疗；另外，由于激光治疗后可使部分病例手术范围缩小，保存了较多的肺组织，因此使肺功能损失减少。

The tuberculosis of completely obstructing bronchi was to resect the lung Involved.We tried to treat 9 cases(10times)using Nd3+ YAG via bronchoscope.The results showed that the 90% of them was effective and the 70% of them was obviously effective,It is concluded that some cases could get rid of operation after laser treatment and the reobstructed patients could lessen the operating region and keep as possible as more normal lung tissue,the lung function lost will be the least.
