摘要
应用抗上皮细胞膜抗原(EMA)和角蛋白(cytokeratin,CK)等单克隆抗体对正常胎盘、葡萄胎、浸润性葡萄胎、胎盘部位中间型滋养细胞肿瘤(PSTT)和绒癌等进行免疫组织化学研究,结果发现 EMA和 CK在正常滋养细胞及其肿瘤中皆有较高的表达,阳性率分别为94%和 91%,并且在合体滋养细胞(ST)、细胞滋养细胞(CT)和中间型滋养细胞(IT)中皆有不同程度的表达,其中,EMA的阳性表达在ST中94%,IT中89·6%,CT中92.5%; CK的表达在ST中91%、IT中53.7%和CT中85.1%,EMA在IT的表达明显优于CK(P<0.01),提示EMA是IT的优良标志物。
Immunohistochemical expression of cytokeratin and epithelial membrane antigen (EMA) on five placentas, 23 hydatidiform moles, 12 invasive moles, four placental-site intermediate trophoblastic tumors (PSTT) and 28 gestational choriocarcinoma have been studied by the ABC method. Results showed relatively strong expressions of cytokeratin and EMA in the normal placenta and trophoblastic tumors with positive rates of 91% and 94%, respectively. The positive rates of EMA and cytokeratin on the syncytiotrophoblast (ST), the intermediate trophoblast (IT) and the cytotrophoblast (CT) are different. ST, IT and CT showed 94% 89.6% and 92 .5% positive expression of EMA. IT is more intensively positive for EMA than cytokeratin (P<0.01). It's the first time that we found ERA to be an excellent mark of IT.
