摘要
我院自１９９３年２月至１９９４年４月共施行妇科电视腹腔镜术６３例。阐述了妇科电视腹腔镜大、中型手术麻醉方法应首选气管插管静脉复合全身麻醉；介绍了“橡皮手套内取出”的手术方法；提出应用高频电流电凝应注意有发生意外及直接电损伤的可能；认为“内凝”方法较安全，对行显微手术尤为适合；“腔内结扎或缝扎止血”方法安全、可靠，故每个腹腔镜手术者均应掌握；腹腔镜手术“中转”剖腹手术是一种自然的治疗方法的转变。
etween Feb. 1993 and Apr. 1994,63 cases of Gynecological Video Laparoscopywere performed in this hospital.The anasthesia of first choice for this kind of operationwas intravenous general anasthesia with intratracheal cathetering. An operating technique“taking out with rubber golve” was introduced.The possibility of accident and directelectrical injury caused by high frequency electrocoagulation was stressed“Endocoagul- ation”is contidered to be safter,and is suitable for microsurgery. Intracorporeal ligation and suture are safe and reliable to hemostasis, and should be mastered by every laparo- scopist.The“ transfer”from operative laparoscopy to laparoctomy is feasible.
