新生儿室柯萨基B_1病毒流行

AN EPIDEMIC OF COXSAKIE B_1 VIRUS IN A NURSERY

１９９２年７月１３日至２８日嘉兴市妇女保健院新生儿室内１７名新生儿相继不明原因的发热。早期发病的８例患儿转入上海市儿童医院并诊断为无菌性脑膜炎和肺炎。其中１例因并发心肌炎死于心力衰竭，另１例死于弥漫性血管内凝血所致的大出血。余６例患儿经病毒分离和中和抗体检测证实同为感染了柯萨基Ｂ＿１病毒。因此，确定当时新生儿室内发生了柯萨基Ｂ＿１病毒的流行。

17 neonates ill with fever were found successively in the nursery of Jia XingObstetric Hospital from 13th to 28th July,1992.Eight early cases transferred intoShangliai Children’s Hospital were diagnosed to be aseptic meningitis and pneumonia。Two cases of them died of myocarditis or DIC.The other six cases were identified tobe infected by Coxsakie B_1 virus by isolation of virus and test of the neutralizingantibody to Coxsakie B_1 virus ,which suggested that an epidemc of Coxsakie B_1virus had occurred in the nursery。
