摘要
作者应用大肠杆菌研究梗阻性黄疸兔的网状内皮系统(RES)功能状况,提示胆总管结扎(CBDL)1周后兔清除大肠杆菌的能力低于模拟手术组(P<0.05),校正吞噬指数也降低(P<0.01)。CBDL3周后,实验兔清除大肠杆菌的能力和校正吞噬指数未见进一步下降,说明梗阻性黄疸时间延长并不进行性加重RES功能的抑制。肝枯否细胞和肺泡巨噬细胞的分布和超微结构各组间无明显差异,表明梗阻性黄疸对巨噬细胞的结构无明显影响,RES功能抑制可能是细胞吞噬和溶解细菌的速度减慢所致。
The function status of PES in obstructive jaundice was studied on a rabit model.It was found that one week after common bile duct ligation(CBDL)the clearancerate of E. coli was lower than that in animals undergoing simulating operation(p<0.05). Three weeks after CBDL the clearance rate of E. coli and the corrected phago-cytic index did not decrease further, suggesting that sustained obstructive jaundicedid not progressively further compromise the RES function. Electromicroscopic studyof the Kupffer’S cells of the liver and the macrophages of the pulmonary alveolidemonstr ated no difference in distribution and ultrastructure in all the animals,Itis postulated that the suppresion of RES function in obstructive jaundice might bedue to the slow-down of the phagocytic activity of the macrophages and its rate ofdisintegration of the engulfed bacteria.
