铁青铜含油轴承烧结及烧结温度的研究

摘要 本文叙述了在锡青铜粉中加入铁粉研制成铁青铜烧结轴承材料,其铁含量的加入与收缩率、耐磨性的关系,并得出铁粉的最佳加入量为40%。根据铁一铜合金的烧结原理及状态图,得出铁铜合金材料的烧结温度随铁粉加入量的增加而增高,最佳烧结温度为820~850℃。 The sintering of bearing material made of iron bronze,by addition of iron powder into tin bronze powder and the relation between theamount of iron added and shrinkage as well as abradability are narrated inthis paper. It is concluded that the optimum amount of iron powder added is40%. According to the principle of sintering of Fe-Cu alloy and the phasedisgram, we obtain that the sintering temperature is increased with theicrease of iron powder added and the optimum sintering temperature is 820~850℃.
