摘要
本文通过对V2O5产品生产工艺改革,采用逆流铵洗红钒新工艺、清浊分流、循环套用等方法,削减生产过程中COD产生量。另外,通过废水治理工艺研究及碱化、氧化、吹脱,使COD废水日排放量低于市府下达指标。
By improving the technology of V2O5 production,i.e.,using the new technology of vanadium-red countercurrent ammonium washing,the separation of clear and muddy streams,and water recycling,the quantity of COD is decreased.Moreover,by improving the technology of waste water treatment,alkalification,oxidation and ablution, the quantity of COD ln the daily discharged waste water is then lower than the target issued by the municipal government.
